Subprocessors
Last updated: June 12, 2026
WebWork CRM LLC uses a small set of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to host and operate the Service. Each one processes data only as needed to perform its function, under its own data-protection commitments. This page is the current list referenced by our Data Processing Addendum.
Core subprocessors
These run the platform itself and apply to all customers.
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Render Services, Inc. | Application hosting and managed PostgreSQL database | All Service data (encrypted in transit; tenant-scoped at the database layer) | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and payment processing | Billing contact and payment details (card data is held by Stripe, never on our servers) | United States |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Transactional email delivery | Recipient name, email address, and message content | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Content delivery network and object/file storage (R2) | Uploaded files (photos, documents, PDFs); web traffic metadata | United States / global edge |
| Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) | Application error monitoring | Error reports and request metadata (scrubbed of credentials) | United States |
| ImprovMX | Inbound email routing for our support and sales mailboxes | Email you send to our @webworkcrm.com addresses | United States / EU |
Integrations you choose to connect
These process data only if your company connects them in Settings, under your own account and agreement with the provider:
- Twilio — SMS and voice to your customers (your Twilio account and credentials).
- SendGrid — email sending through your own account, if configured.
- Stripe — collecting payments from your customers (your own Stripe account).
- Google Maps Platform — geocoding and routing for addresses you store.
- Zapier — automations you build against our API.
Changes to this list
When we add or replace a core subprocessor, we will update this page and give account owners advance notice by email or in-product notice (at least 15 days for changes that materially affect how Customer Data is processed), so you can review the change. Questions: support@webworkcrm.com.
