What is a route? +
A route is a schedule on the dispatch board — in practice, one technician (or one crew) who runs jobs for the day. You buy as many routes as you have working schedules. Only active technicians use a paid route; admins, office staff, and dispatchers are unlimited and free on every plan.
Which of my users need a paid seat? +
Only users assigned to a route (your field technicians) count toward your plan. You can add as many free admin and office users as you like, on any plan.
Does the price really go down as I add routes? +
Yes. Each plan includes your first route in the base price, and additional routes are billed at a lower rate as you scale — so your cost per technician drops the bigger your team gets.
Can I change plans or add routes later? +
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or add routes whenever your business changes — and turn individual modules on or off without switching tiers.
Are there contracts or setup fees? +
